Kurt Østervig Dining Chairs
Set of Four Dining Chairs Designed by Kurt Østervig for KP Møbler, Denmark 1960’s.
Experience timeless elegance with this remarkable set of dining chairs, skillfully designed by Danish architect Kurt Østervig.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, these chairs boast sturdy oak frames and have been tastefully upholstered in luxurious wool fabric, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication to any dining space.
To ensure optimal quality and durability, each chair has undergone an extensive restoration process. Meticulously inspected and repaired in our workshop, the frames have been carefully stripped down, sanded, and refinished with a premium Danish linseed oil, renowned for its exceptional protective properties. The final touch of a beeswax polish adds a lustrous sheen, elevating their visual appeal.
Enhancing both comfort and aesthetics, the seats have been thoughtfully renewed with fresh foam and expertly reupholstered using the finest luxury wool fabric, Modal Mouliné 107, sourced from Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik in Norway. This choice of fabric exudes elegance and durability, ensuring a truly luxurious seating experience.
While these chairs are in impeccable condition, it’s worth noting that there may be minor traces of previous use, adding a touch of character that can be seen in the accompanying photos.
