Danish Teak Dresser with Seven Drawers

A timeless piece crafted by a small Danish factory in the 1960s. This stunning dresser exudes elegance and boasts remarkable features that make it a truly stylish addition to any home.

Meticulously maintained over the years, this dresser stands in exceptional condition. It showcases a captivating teak veneer, complemented by sturdy solid teak handles and original teak legs.

We have recently undertaken a partial restoration to enhance the dresser’s overall appeal. The restoration process involved addressing specific areas to ensure its longevity and preserve its original charm. To restore the top surface, we meticulously removed any water stains through careful sanding and even bleaching, followed by the application of new Danish oil. Additionally, we replaced some of the damaged runners for smooth functionality.
We also conducted veneer repairs on two drawers, along with a veneer repair on the top back corner.

It’s important to note that despite the restoration work, minor scratch marks that naturally come with age are still visible, as shown in the pictures.
